P.C. Architecture BUSINESS DESCRIPTION : Design-7 P.C. has provided services for a broad range of clients since 1974. Projects of various sizes have been completed in the areas of religious design, commercial design, residential design and industrial design. project value has ranged up to $8,000,000.00 for single projects. Total value of projects designed exceeds $200,000,000.00 At the present time, we have approximately 10 projects with a construction cost of over $15,000,000.00 in various stages of design and/or construction. We make reference to the number of projects to indicate the ability of the firm to work on several projects simultaneously. At the present time, Design-7 P.C. has one registered architect and two architectural technicians on staff. Two CADD consultants and structural, mechanical and electrical consultants provide services to the firm on an independent contractor/designer basis. If furture requirements for design and drafting services vary from the present, more on-staff or independent contractor/designers and draftsmen will be retained. Since 1988, Design-7 P.C. has used computer aided drafting and design (CADD) in varying degrees on over six hundred projects including apartment, motel, commercial, industrial and remodeling projects. This technology allows us to provide our clients with services at a very competitve cost. |
